Areas, costs and lead times: everything is set out in your quote, before any commitment.
Delivery areas
We deliver across the Costa Blanca and the northern/central Costa Cálida. For other areas, please contact us: we consider each request according to the transport options available. Some products can be delivered directly across a wider area; availability and costs then depend on the product and your postcode.
Delivery costs
Any delivery costs are shown in the quote, before you accept it. No charge is added afterwards.
Lead times
Our products are available to order. The estimated lead time is stated in the quote and confirmed in writing when the order is placed, after payment has been received and availability has been checked again with the manufacturer. Unless a different lead time is agreed in the quote, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded (see our terms and conditions of sale).
Delivery arrangements
The delivery date is agreed with you. Specific arrangements (floor, access, any assembly) are set out in the quote. Please let us know about any access constraints in advance.
On receipt
Check the condition of the parcels in the presence of the driver and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
