Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind — including for a product ordered specially for you.
Who does it apply to?
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers when the contract is concluded at a distance, i.e. when the quote is accepted by email, WhatsApp or any other means of distance communication. It does not apply to business customers.
Time limit
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the product. If your order includes several products delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last product. For services (furnishing, home staging), the period starts when the quote is accepted.
Products ordered for you
Most of our products are ordered for you from the manufacturer after the quote has been accepted. This does not exclude your right of withdrawal. Only goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example dimensions, fabric or finish produced specially for you) are excluded; in that case the exclusion is clearly stated in the quote before you accept it.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent before the period expires: by email to boboandchic@gmail.com, by WhatsApp at +34 685 472 575 or by post (address in the legal notice). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it. You must send back or hand over the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision; the direct cost of returning it is borne by you (see Returns & refunds). You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Services
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal. A service that has been fully performed, with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, can no longer be withdrawn from.
