Returns & refunds
Withdrawal, damaged or non-conforming product: what to do and how you are refunded.
Two different situations
- You change your mind (consumer, distance contract): you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt — see Right of withdrawal.
- The product is damaged, faulty or does not match the order: the legal guarantee of conformity applies (3 years from delivery for consumers). Repair or replacement at no cost to you, return costs included; failing that, a price reduction or a refund.
What to do
Please contact us first at boboandchic@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +34 685 472 575, giving your name, the reference of the product(s) and, where relevant, photos. We will give you the return address or arrangements. As bulky furniture cannot be returned by post, we will agree the most suitable return solution with you.
Return costs
If you withdraw, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by you; for bulky items, an estimate of this cost is available on request before ordering and is stated in the quote. If a product is non-conforming or damaged, return costs are borne by us.
Condition of returned products
You may examine the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it. The refund is made using the same means of payment as for the order, unless otherwise agreed, at no cost to you.
Products excluded from withdrawal
Only goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal — this is stated in the quote before you accept it. They remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
